CERNE CARAFE

A tree dating back to the Moorish times, the Carob Tree is a species that naturally hollows out. Using traditional glass blowing techniques, Samuel Reis brings a second life to these trees by hand blowing glass into their core, the ‘Cerne’. 

This limited edition is individually handmade, resulting in a unique imprint of the inner texture of the tree’s heartwood.
